Returns & Exchanges

At LELOSI, we want you to feel as comfortable in our clothes as you do in your own skin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
